CHIPS NDEPC’s are valid for 10 years and are accompanied by detailed recommendation report providing advice on energy efficiency improvements and the anticipated payback times.

Requires a detailed survey of 2-8 hours duration examining all aspects of construction, heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and hot water systems.
